Fudge Homemade
I love combining s’mores with other desserts. Over time I’ve shared many s’mores-inspired recipes such as Smores Dip, S’mores No-Bake Cheesecake Cups, Golden Grahams S’mores Bars, S’more Bark, Chocolate Chip S’mores Bars, Indoor S’mores Bars, and S’mores Salted Caramel Apple Nachos. I’m also a big fan of fudge in many varieties—Bailey’s Irish Cream Fudge, Peanut Butter Fudge, German Chocolate Fudge, and Key Lime Pie Fudge are favorites.
This S’mores Fudge grew from wanting those two favorites together: the dense, creamy texture of fudge with the sweet crunch and toasty notes of graham crackers and marshmallows. The recipe is quick, requires minimal hands-on time, and makes a decadent treat for sharing or gifting.
To make it, chocolate chips are melted and combined with a can of chocolate frosting for a smooth, spreadable base. Mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers are folded in, then the mixture is pressed into a parchment-lined pan. A final sprinkle of extra mini chips and crushed graham crackers on top gives the fudge the signature s’mores look and flavor.
The graham crackers soften just enough inside the fudge so you get that classic s’mores flavor without an overly crunchy texture—tender bits throughout a creamy square.

How to make S’mores Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 sheets graham crackers, broken into pieces
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips (or milk/semisweet if preferred)
- 1 can (16 oz) chocolate frosting
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until the chips are fully melted and smooth (about 2 minutes total, depending on your microwave).
- Warm the container of chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 35 seconds to loosen it. Remove foil and lid before microwaving.
- Stir the warmed frosting into the melted chocolate until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and about three-quarters of the mini chocolate chips.
- Take 4 sheets of graham crackers, crumble them into the bowl, and fold them gently into the chocolate mixture so they are evenly distributed.
- Pour the combined mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mini chocolate chips and crumble the remaining graham crackers over the top for texture and presentation.
- Refrigerate the pan for about 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares to serve.

Yes. Once set, wrap the fudgeslab or individual pieces in wax paper, then in foil or plastic wrap, and place in a freezer-safe container or bag with parchment between layers. Freeze for two to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature for 2–3 hours before serving.
Recipe Tips
- If you like extra texture, add more mini chocolate chips or extra crumbled graham crackers—this generally won’t affect how the fudge sets.
- This fudge is rich, so smaller squares make for satisfying portions.
- Higher-quality chocolate chips melt and flavor better; Ghirardelli or comparable brands work well.
- When storing multiple layers, separate them with parchment paper or wax paper to prevent sticking.
